These Terms of Service are a revised version of BoxMalls’ “Cross-border Seller Terms of Service”. From the date of this version’s release, the terms “Cross-Border Seller Service Terms” mentioned throughout the BoxMalls platform refer to these Terms of Service.

In order to safeguard your own rights and interests, it is recommended that you carefully read the specific statements of each clause.

1.1 Welcome to the BoxMalls platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"). Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the BoxMalls platform or opening a BoxMalls account (hereinafter referred to as "Account") or opening a BoxMalls store (hereinafter referred to as "Store") to understand your rights and interests with JSS TRADING, its affiliates and subsidiaries (individually and collectively) The legal rights and obligations of "BoxMalls", "we" or "our"). 1 Privacy

1. BoxMalls grants you a limited and revocable right to log in and use this service in compliance with the terms and conditions of these Terms of Service. All proprietary content, trademarks, service marks, brand names, logos and other intellectual property rights ("Intellectual Property Rights") displayed on this Platform are the property of BoxMalls and the third party owners identified on this Platform (if applicable) . We do not grant, directly or indirectly, any right or authorization to any party logging onto this Platform to use or replace any property, and no party logging onto this Platform may claim any right, title or interest related thereto. By using the Service, you agree to abide by the copyright, trademark, service mark and all other applicable laws that protect the Service, the Platform and its content. You agree not to copy, distribute, republish, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, modify, adapt, rent or sell any part of the Service, the Platform or its content, nor create derivative works based thereon. You may not mirror or frame any part or the entire content of this Platform on any other server or display it as part of any other website/platform without our prior written consent. Additionally, you agree that you will not use any robot, spider, or any other automatic device or manual process to monitor or copy our Content (using standard search engine techniques to direct web users to the Site) without our prior written approval. Except for the case of entering this platform).

2. We welcome you to link to this platform from your website, provided that your website/platform does not imply any endorsement by BoxMalls or any association with it. You understand that BoxMalls may suspend the provision of part or all of this service at any time in response to legal and regulatory requirements or in compliance with the principle of good faith.

3.Software

Any software we provide to you as part of the Service shall be subject to the specifications of these Terms of Service. BoxMalls reserves all rights not expressly granted herein by BoxMalls. Any third-party script or program code linked or referenced by the Service is licensed to you by the third party that owns the script or program code (not by BoxMalls).

4.Feedback

BoxMalls welcomes any suggestions and comments to help BoxMalls improve service quality. Please see the feedback process below for details:

(1) To provide feedback, please send it to us in writing by email or using the comment form in the app.

(2) Anonymous feedback will not be accepted.

(3) Users who receive feedback should be fully informed of all facts and given the opportunity to express their opinions.

(4) Vague and defamatory feedback will not be accepted.

General provisions

1.BoxMalls reserves all rights not expressly granted in this Agreement.

2. BoxMalls reserves the right to change, modify, suspend or discontinue this platform or services in whole or in part at any time in response to legal and regulatory requirements or in compliance with the principle of good faith. BoxMalls may release certain services or their features on a trial basis, which may not function correctly or as in the final release. BoxMalls may also set restrictions on certain functions due to regulatory requirements or in compliance with the principle of good faith, or restrict your ability to use part or all of this platform or services.
